The Alternative Mgmt was built by two women who have spent their careers refusing to accept the gap between what the industry looks like and what it could be. Every decision we make is driven by one non-negotiable commitment: authentic representation, at every level.

We do not dress up talent to fit a mold. We find the mold-breakers and Co-Author careers around who they already are. Authenticity is not a selling point here. It’s the foundation.
